Museum tickets in Palma: price and where to buy each one
The 10 Palma museums with confirmed hours, with their 2026 price and where tickets are bought: online, at the ticket office only, or not at all.
Only three Palma museums sell tickets online: La Almudaina (the official Patrimonio Nacional platform) and CaixaForum. The Museum of Mallorca has no official online sale, so its ticket is bought at the ticket office. The other seven are not bought at all: four have free regular admission (Juan March Foundation Museum, Krekovic Centre, Maritime Museum and Casal Solleric) and the remaining three are paid at the museum ticket office.

You do not need to buy a ticket
Four venues on the list get you in free, so their free entry has no purchase channel at all:
- Juan March Foundation Museum (Museum of Spanish Contemporary Art)There is nothing to buy
- Maritime Museum of Mallorca (CC Ses Voltes)There is nothing to buy
- Krekovic Centre (Krekovic Museum)There is nothing to buy
- Casal SollericThere is nothing to buy
Three things to know before you buy
- La Almudaina is the only one of the three big museums with official online sales, and it is run by Patrimonio Nacional, not by the museum. Free Wednesday and Sunday slots can only be processed at the ticket office.
- The Museum of Mallorca and Es Baluard have no official ticketing platform: buy at the ticket office, and note that Es Baluard closes its ticket office 30 minutes before the museum closes.
- Accredited groups at Es Baluard pay the reduced rate of €5.50 and must request in advance at museu@esbaluard.org. That is not free admission.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I buy museum tickets in Palma?
Online at La Almudaina and CaixaForum, on each official platform. At the Museum of Mallorca, Es Baluard, Palau March and Fundació Miró, only at the museum ticket office during opening hours.
Which museums in Palma are free?
Four have free regular admission: the Juan March Foundation Museum, the Krekovic Centre, the Maritime Museum at Ses Voltes and Casal Solleric. On top of that, the Museum of Mallorca is free on Sundays, CaixaForum is free for CaixaBank customers and children under 16, and several museums have open-door days during the year.
Can I buy a ticket on the same day?
Yes, in every case, but only at the ticket office. Online sales at La Almudaina and CaixaForum close the day before.
Is the Palma Pass worth it?
It depends how many museums you want to see: its prices come from private resellers rather than a municipal website, so compare them with the individual tickets before buying.
